If cancellation is made there will be no refund of deposit.
Customer is liable for any and all damages to the contents of the car. The following is a listing of some of the charges that could be incurred:
• Glasses $8.00 each
• Stereo Speakers - $195.00
• Vomit/throw-up - $250.00
• Seat Damage - $250.00
Leggs Limousines will not be responsible for failure to carry out the terms of this contract, if failure is caused by events which cannot be anticipated or circumstances beyond the control of Leggs Limousines.
No Smoking
No alcoholic beverages served to minors.
